All About Reports

We have taken an intentional approach in how we design reports at BitGo, here is an overview of each report available:

Wallets

1. Transactions Report

2. Holdings Report

3. Transfer Details Report

4. Quarterly Trust Statement (only Trust clients)

5. Monthly Trust Statement (only select Trust clients)

Trade

How to generate a report

1. Navigate to the top bar, click on the grid and select Reports from the dropdown menu.

2. Select the type of report you would like to generate

3. Provide the necessary selections

4. Generate the report as a CSV or PDF (if available)

   1. If you stay on the page, you'll see the report get downloaded to your browser automatically

   2. If you navigate away from the page, you can come back at any time to view the completed report in the Recently Generated Reports table

5. Reports should take less than 5 minutes to generate (this depends on how many wallets/transactions you're wanting to include)

Things to note:

• All Wallets = wallets you have access to

  • This is impacted by the View All Wallets feature:

    • If View All Wallets is on -> All Wallets = every wallet in the enterprise

    • If View All Wallets is off -> All Wallets = every wallet you (the report generator) have access to as an admin/spender/viewer

• The report will consist of the time period you select. If you want monthly reports, you can manually enter the month -> generate report -> change month -> generate report, etc.
