Consumer Dispute Resolution

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform established under Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 was decommissioned on 20 July 2025 (Regulation (EU) 2024/3228) and is no longer available.

Customer complaints may be filed at any time via BitGo Europe GmbH's internal complaints procedure pursuant to Art. 71 MiCAR: https://www.bitgo.com/customer-complaints-procedure-bitgo-europe-gmbh/. Consumers also retain the right to address BaFin directly at any time.

Right of Withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from the MPA-CSA-Retail-Agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire 14 days after the day of conclusion of the Agreement. To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us at BitGo Europe GmbH, Mainzer Landstraße 10, 60325 Frankfurt am Main, Germany, onboarding-eu@bitgo.com, of your decision to withdraw by an unequivocal statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal: If you withdraw from the Agreement, we will reimburse any payments received from you in relation to the framework Agreement without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw. This does not affect executed Transactions, for which no withdrawal right applies under § 312g(2) no. 8 BGB because their price depends on fluctuations in financial markets beyond our control that may occur within the withdrawal period.
